“Hotel is a lovely well presented place located just outside Verona. Found it very easy to get around using the bus. A quick 7 min bus journey from a bus stop located just over the other side of the road. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Asked for extra pillows and the lovely lady from reception brought them up to our room. The bed was nice and comfortable, rooms were quiet, clean and had plenty of plug sockets. WIFI needs a little improvement in the rooms, in some places it was a bit patchy but it was useable. Breakfast is included and was perfectly fine. Had a good selection that should be fine for everyone. The roof area was also lovely especially the fact they have real grass on the roof instead of artificial grass. Was a lovely surprise. Room we stayed in had a slight issue with the lights in the cupboard where they’d just keep flashing, wasn’t much of an issue because we just left them switched off, Hair dryer was also broken but the hotel staff we’re notified and said they’ll get it sorted asap. Don’t really have any complaints. Would recommend this Hotel”
“Very basic rooms, you get towels (Replaced every day), toilet paper, laundry bag, liquid soap, shampoo+conditioner, and soap bar. Basic breakfast, the coffee is not so great... The staff is very nice and will help you with anything. Vute rooftop Not in the canter of verona, about 15 min drive to get to the restaurants area.”
